Can I book just a hotel?
Yes. A single hotel booking is just as welcome as a more extensive itinerary. There is no separate planning fee for commissionable hotel bookings.
Are upgrades and other extras guaranteed?
Not as a general rule. Your offer’s specific conditions apply. We distinguish benefits subject to availability from those explicitly confirmed.
How can I reach you during my trip?
We agree the scope of support, contact channels and availability with you. We do not promise our own round-the-clock service.

Can I book just one hotel?
Yes. You do not need to commission a full itinerary. We can help choose a hotel and arrange a single stay.
What does your advice cost?
Commissionable hotel bookings have no separate planning fee. Journey planning starts at €350; more detailed planning starts at €650. Travel costs are additional. Scope and any additional fees are agreed before paid work begins.
Are breakfast, upgrades and hotel credits guaranteed?
No blanket promise. Benefits depend on the hotel, booking channel, programme and rate. Your offer confirms what is included. Upgrades, early check-in and late check-out depend on availability unless expressly confirmed.
Will booking through you always be cheaper?
We do not promise the lowest price. We compare the relevant room, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms, not just the headline amount.
Do you plan trips outside Thailand?
Yes, worldwide. Living in Bangkok gives us particular insight into Thailand; our services are not limited to it.
What happens after I enquire?
We clarify your wishes, timing and budget, then agree the planning scope and any fees. We prepare options; a booking is only made following your approval and the applicable supplier terms.
What if I need to change a booking?
Changes depend on the supplier’s rules and availability. We agree our support scope and contact arrangements; fare differences, supplier charges and agreed service fees may apply.
Which languages can we use?
Alexander Hochheimer speaks German and English. Victoria Tsitrinbaum speaks English, Hebrew, Russian and Spanish. Our website and enquiry forms are available in German, English, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew.
